GENERAL CONDITIONS

Booking terms and conditions at Kronplatzer Hof Hotel in Rasun.
Booking conditions
It is possible to request a specific room number at the time of booking, however we reserve the right to change the number of the assigned accommodation at any time in case we deem it necessary, even after sending the deposit and confirmation.

The booking becomes binding only after the payment of the deposit indicated by the Management has been made and the subsequent sending of the written confirmation. It is not possible to transfer the booking to third parties without the authorization of the Management. In case of late arrival or early departure, all days booked must be paid in full.
Cancellation policy
Guests cancelling their reservation are entitled to a refund of the deposit paid in advance if the written communication is sent at least 30 days before the date of arrival indicated in the reservation.

Guests renouncing to the reservation with prior written communication within 30 days from the date of arrival indicated in the booking and therefore who will not benefit from the reservation will not be entitled to any refund. The Hotel will reserve the right to withhold the deposit paid by way of penalty. In case of no-show on the day of arrival, unless written notices, the room will be considered free starting from the following day.
Payments
It is advisable to settle the bill the day before departure at the Reception desk which carries out the cashier service at the following hours: 8.00 am - 8.00 pm. Payments can be made in cash (within the limits of the law) or by credit or debit cards.

Booking confirmation implies acceptance of the general conditions.

RULES

Arrival and departure
On the day of arrival (check-in), the rooms will be available from 4 to 8 pm (it is preferable to communicate the time of arrival after the booking process is completed).

On the day of departure (check-out) the rooms must be vacated no later than 10 am. Those wishing to keep the room on the day of departure and beyond the agreed time (and no later than 5.30 pm), will be able to only where possible and following management approval. 33% of the daily amount will be charged.

Customers who leave in advance are required to pay the room for the remaining days of the reservation pursuant to art. 1385 -1386 of the Italian Civil Code and subsequent amendments; Clients who wish to leave during the night or in the morning before 8 am will have to check out and pay the balance of any extras and tourist tax the evening before departure.
Minors
Entry to unaccompanied minors (<18 years) is not permitted. Minors must be accompanied and must stay with their parents or persons who have parental authority who are responsible for observing and complying with this regulation. Adults are also responsible for the behavior of their children, whose liveliness, education and needs cannot be at the expense of the quiet, safety and hygiene of other guests.
Visitors
The access to the hotel is strictly forbidden to all who do not stay at the hotel, visits by family members or friends must be authorized by the Management and visitors are required to leave an identity document at the Management which they will be collecting once they leave the hotel.

The visits requiring the overnight stay of additional guests in a room must be previously authorized by the Management. The price will be applied as per the price list. They will be reported to the P.S. all non-authorized persons found inside the hotel.

Parking
The car park in the area opposite the hotel is reserved for the Hotel guests only. The car park is uncovered and unattended. The Management shall not be held responsible for any damage or theft caused to cars in parking.
Code of Silence
All guests are required to respect the silence time from 2 to 4 pm and in the evening from midnight to 8 am the next morning.
Use of wellness area and sports equipment
The use of the premises and equipment of the wellness and fitness area is at the risk of the user who is required to respect the guidelines of the wellness area.
Restrictions
It is absolutely forbidden to light any stove and / or lighters, smoke and bring food or drinks into the rooms.

Responsibility

  • The management declines all responsibility for any accidents which may occur to adults and minors, who must be accompanied by their parents and / or carers.
  • Any damage to the equipment and furnishings of the Hotel caused by customers or their guests will be charged to the persons responsible for it. The management is not liable for damages caused by other guests, force majeure or natural disasters. Any damage to the equipment and furnishings of the Hotel caused by customers or their guests will be charged to the liable persons.
  • The management is not responsible for theft, loss and damage to valuables and objects not delivered to the Management in a sealed envelope. The Management must issue a signed receipt.
  • Customers suffering from food allergies are required to notify the Management in advance, which declines any liability should this not occur.
  • In case of suspension of the supply of electricity, heating or water due to the operators or for any other reason of force majeure, the Management declines all responsibility and is not obliged to make any refund..

Room cleaning

The cleaning of the rooms / bathroom and the change of towels takes place every day while the change of bed linen every four days. For those who want to change bed linen every day, please communicate it to the reception office and an extra fee will be charge.

If the room is not vacated timely or is particularly untidy (clothes on the bed, objects or accessories on the floor), the room cleaning will not be done.
If the room is particularly dirty the management reserves the right to apply a supplement of € 20.00 for cleaning and sanitizing operations.

Damages

Any damage caused to the furnishings of the rooms or communal areas due to negligence will be charged at the cost of restoration.

At the discretion of the management, the repeated failure to comply with the aforementioned rules, and an incorrect behavior which seriously damages the harmony and spirit of the Hotel may lead to expulsion as unwanted guests.

In this case, the expelled guest will not be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, subject to the management itself of claiming compensation for any damage and prejudice. Please note that the signing of this regulation implies its total acceptance, including any more unpleasant consequences. The management also warns that if forced, it will quickly alert the competent police forces; in the same way the episodes of serious lack of respect towards the management or of who represents it will be treated.
